It’s often the many small things that make the transition to a new environment so overwhelming.
Include is a relocation service founded by Ute Zweers in 2023, focusing on assisting individuals and families moving to Switzerland, specifically the region of Basel. Living herself in the french boarderregion of BAsel she specialices in helping people who want to live in the french neighbourhood of Basellike, Colmar, Mulhous or the little villages nect to the swiss boarder like Saint-Louis, Hégenheim or Huningue.
Her focus is to help clients to settle in stress-free and make them feel at home quickly in their new environment. Hence, her focus lies among the actual moving from abroad to your new home to also help with the emotional transition during the first months after the move.
She emphasize a holistic approach, taking into account the individual needs of each family member.
Therefore, she offers a special mentoring program including taylored introduction to the new neighbourhood as well as personal support during the first months. It helps create a sense of belonging and community for each individual, leading to a smoother transition and overall well-being.
Her personal experiences with numerous relocations has given her valuable insights into what is important when moving.
She is multilingual in German, English, French, Dutch and Italian.
